Dr (Mrs) Manju Chhugani
Manju Chhugani is the Dean of the School of Nursing Sciences and Allied Health at Jamia Hamdard. With over 30 years of experience in maternal and child health, she is an academician, researcher, and leader in nursing and midwifery. She has contributed to midwifery education reforms, initiating the Society of Midwives in India in 2000. Dr. Chhugani serves as a board member of the Midwives Alliance of Asia and executive member of the White Ribbon Alliance of India. She is also a certified NAAC assessor and a member of several national health committees

Dr. Jaydeep Tank
Jaydeep D. Tank is the (Immediate) Past President of FOGSI and represents the organization in FIGO’s unsafe abortion working group and PMNCH. He is Chairman of the Publication Committee of AOFOG and served as FOGSI’s ex-Secretary General and MTP Committee Chair. He also holds positions as Deputy Secretary General of AOFOG’s subcommittee on unsafe abortions and co-chair of its reproductive endocrinology committee. Dr. Tank is a consultant at multiple IVF centers and co-founder of Esperanza Healthcare PLC. He has received several prestigious awards and authored numerous articles in national and international journals.

Dr. Manisha Malhotra
Manisha is a seasoned public health expert with nearly four decades of experience shaping policy, leading programs, and conducting evaluations in women’s reproductive and sexual health, both globally and nationally. This includes over a decade in leadership roles at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and a New Delhi-based international NGO. She holds an MD in Community Health Administration and a Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Ms. Ruchita Agarwal
Ruchita is a passionate startup enthusiast & angel investor, strongly convinced of the transformative power of entrepreneurship and technology in shaping the future of job creation. Ruchita specializes in startup advisory and angel investments. As a founder of 10X Growth Solutions, she provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and capital to early-stage ventures with a focus on profitability. She has led strategic initiatives and partnerships at TiE Delhi-NCR, connecting entrepreneurs and investors. She believes in enabling collaborative growth with both individuals and organizations to make a catalytic impact. She has held marketing and sales roles in Standard Chartered, CitiFinancial, and Spice Digital, to drive growth and innovation.

Mr. Vinoj Manning
As the CEO of IDF, Vinoj leads a team of over 150 staff across 12 offices, overseeing efforts to improve the sexual and reproductive health ecosystem in the country. With 30+ years of experience in marketing and program management, he focuses on enhancing health systems for quality abortion and contraceptive care, while strengthening evidence for safe abortion care. Before joining Ipas in 2002, Vinoj worked with organizations like Swiss Development Cooperation, PATH, and the National Dairy Development Board. He holds a post-graduate diploma in rural management and an MBA Plus leadership certificate from Portland State University.

Ms. Monika Parihar
With over a decade of nursing education and training experience, Monika is currently a Senior Nursing Trainer at IDF, mentoring healthcare providers and frontline workers to offer high-quality services and information. Passionate about her work, she is deeply committed to empowering nurses, and doctors in the public and private sectors and making healthcare service delivery woman centred. She holds a Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Nursing from Vision College of Nursing (Jabalpur University).

Ms. Pooja Sikund
As Specialist – Strategy & Development at IDF, Pooja focuses on strategic support and fundraising. She also contributes to the organisation’s research and policy efforts in sexual and reproductive health and rights. Her prior experience in the development sector has included working on the application of behavioural insights to health programmes such as HPV vaccination, First Year Immunization, Complementary Feeding and Anemia. Pooja holds an MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University, and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
