IDF is delighted to provide technical assistance in creating the Public Service Advertisement (PSA) on safe abortion along with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) Government of India. Abortion is legal in India under the MTP act. This advertisement helped build awareness, remove the stigma and also provided information on where abortion facilities can be availed. More than 25 channels broadcasted the PSA throughout India in the year 2015.
