IDF recognized as one of the top 50 Great Mid-Sized workplaces in India

Great Place to Work® institute, a global management consulting and research firm, has identified IDF as one of the 50 best mid-sized companies in India to work for. Great Place to Work® Institute’s methodology is globally considered as the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and non-government organizations. Great Places to Work® institute uses two lenses to evaluate and identify best cultures in organizations. The first measures the quality of employee experience through a staff survey and second the culture audit of people practices (HR policies and processes), covering the entire employee life-cycle.

 

More than 225 mid-sized Indian organizations applied to Great Place to Work® Institute this year, and we are one amongst the four NGOs who made it to the top 50 list.  This is a significant advancement over the 2017 rating where IDF was recognized as one of the10 best NGOs in India to work for.
